Toilet Museums and a Day in Tokoname

Branty and I spent a day in Tokoname with my co-worker and her husband. It was a beautiful day and we walked around this small town known for pottery and ceramics. We went to a toilet museum, a tile museum with the history of tile from the entire world, and walked down little paths with small galleries selling local potter's goods. We ate a delicious lunch of soba noodles, tempura, cold cucumbers with miso dressing, and buckwheat tea. It was tons of fun. Here are a few pictures...
